刺络拔罐法联合针灸治疗瘀血阻络型腰痛患者的效果

Effects of blood-letting puncturing and cupping therapy combined with acupuncture in treatment of low back pain of blood-stasis obstruction type

目的:观察刺络拔罐法联合针灸治疗瘀血阻络型腰痛患者的效果。方法:选取70例瘀血阻络型腰痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合刺络拔罐法治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分和生活自理能力[Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)]评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腰椎JOA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS和ODI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐法联合针灸治疗瘀血阻络型腰痛患者可提高治疗总有效率和腰椎JOA评分,降低VAS和ODI评分,其效果优于单纯针灸治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of blood-letting puncturing and cupping therapy combined with acupuncture in treatment of low back pain of blood-stasis obstruction type.Methods:70 patients with low back pain of blood-stasis obstruction type were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each.The control group was given acupuncture,while the observation group was combined with blood-letting puncturing and cupping therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the lumbar spine Japanese Orthopaedic Association assessment(JOA)score,the pain level[visual analog scale(VAS)]score,the self-care ability[Oswestry disability index(ODI)]score and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that the control group of 77.14%(27/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the lumbar spine JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Blood-letting puncturing and cupping therapy combined with acupuncture can improve the total effective rate and lumbar spine JOA score,and reduce the VAS score and the ODI score in the treatment of low back pain of blood-stasis obstruction type.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture.
