多层螺旋CT检查与超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的效能比较

Comparison of efficacies of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis

目的:比较多层螺旋CT检查与超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的效能。方法:选取80例疑似急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受超声检查和多层螺旋CT检查。以手术病理结果作为诊断金标准,比较多层螺旋CT检查与超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度、特异度和准确度。结果:手术病理结果显示,80例疑似急性阑尾炎患者中,阳性61例,阴性19例;超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度为42.62%,特异度为26.32%,准确度为38.75%;多层螺旋CT检查诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度为90.16%,特异度为84.21%,准确度为88.75%;多层螺旋CT检查诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均高于超声检查诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT检查诊断急性阑尾炎的效能高于超声检查诊断。

Objective:To compare efficacies of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:80 patients with suspected acute appendicitis were selected as the research objects,and all patients underwent ultrasonography and multi-slice spiral CT.Using surgical results as the diagnostic gold standard,the sensitivities,specificities and accuracies of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were compared.Results:Among the 80 patients with suspected acute appendicitis,61 were positive and 19 were negative.The sensitivity,the specificity and the accuracy of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were 42.62%,26.32% and 38.75%,separately;those of multi-slice spiral CT were 90.16%,84.21% and 88.75%,separately.The sensitivity,the specificity and the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were higher than those of ultrasonography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Multi-slice spiral CT is more effective than ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
