自我管理康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

Application effects of self-management rehabilitation nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察自我管理康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例COPD患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组给予自我管理康复护理,比较两组护理前后自我管理能力评分、肺功能指标(最大通气量、用力肺活量)水平、生命质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组自我管理能力评分、最大通气量、用力肺活量和WHOQOL-100评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理康复护理可提高COPD患者的自我管理能力、生命质量和护理满意度,有效改善其肺功能,效果优于规康复护理。

Objective:To observe the effects of self-management rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:80 COPD patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given the self-management rehabilitation nursing intervention.The scores of self-management ability,the pulmonary function index levels(maximal voluntary ventilation,forced vital capacity),the quality of life[the world health organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the self-management ability score,the maximal voluntary ventilation,the forced vital capacity and the WHOQOL-100 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 72.50%(29/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Selfmanagement rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the self-management level,the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of the COPD patients,and effectively improve their lung function.Moreover,it is superior to routine rehabilitation nursing.
