“3S2E”护理在重症肺炎患者中的应用效果

Application effects of"3S2E"nursing in patients with severe pneumonia

目的:观察“3S2E”护理在重症肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取87例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组43例与对照组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用“3S2E”护理,比较两组症状消失时间(退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间)、机械通气时间、住院时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分。结果:观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、机械通气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,两组SAS、SDS、PSQI和SPBS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用“3S2E”护理可缩短重症肺炎患者症状消失时间、机械通气时间和住院时间,以及降低SAS、SDS、PSQI和SPBS评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of"3S2E"nursing in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:87 patients with severe pneumonia were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the"3S2E"nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The symptom disappearance time(fever clearance time,cough disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time),the mechanical ventilation time,the hospitalization time,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The fever clearance time,the cough disappearance time,the lung rales disappearance time,the mechanical ventilation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of SAS,SDS,PSQI and SPBS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:"3S2E"nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can shorten the symptom disappearance time,the mechanical ventilation time and the hospitalization time of the patients with severe pneumonia,as well as reduce the SAS,SDS,PSQI and SPBS scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
