建筑设备智能管控系统及其在医院建筑的应用

摘要 本文首先对国内建筑设备监控系统标准建设情况及其在医院建筑的应用现状进行了调查分析,在此基础上提出了一种建筑设备智能管控系统,最后将该系统应用在了福建省某三甲医院,结果表明新系统既可大幅提升医院建筑设备能效水平和综合能源利用效率,降低建筑设备运行和维护的各项成本,也可提升医院建筑设备安全管理水平,将以往的事后维护向事前维护与预测性维护转变,大幅降低建筑设备安全风险。 The development of the building equipment monitoring and control system in China and its application in hospital building is investigated and analyzed.One building equipment intelligent manage and control system is presented.Finally,the system is applied in a hospital in Fujian Province and the result shows that it can significantly improve the energy efficiency level of the building equipment and energy efficiency,reduce operating and maintenance costs,it can also improve the safety management level of the building equipment in hospital building by taking proactive maintenance,instead of the maintenance afterwards.
