摘要
采用固体样品直接进样技术,在裂解仪中通过加热将塑料样品中的挥发性组分释放出来,在线利用气质联用仪对其进行分析,通过NIST谱库检索结合保留指数进行定性鉴定。利用聚碳酸酯(PC)和苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈高聚物/聚碳酸酯共混物(PC/ABS)塑料在再生过程中产生的特征物质作为标识物,对PC和PC/ABS塑料中是否含有再生料进行鉴别,从而建立了1个能准确快速地鉴别PC和PC/ABS塑料中是否含有再生料的定性分析方法。该方法不需使用有机溶剂,绿色环保。采用该方法对深圳海关下属各隶属海关提供的225个样品进行鉴别,准确地将含有再生料的PC、PC/ABS塑料与新料区分开来。
The volatile components in plastics were released by heating the samples placed in the cracker of the pyrolysis in⁃strument,using solid sample direct sampling technology.Then the analysis of the released components were performed online using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)technique.The qualitative identification of the released compo⁃nents were carried out by mass spectral search in NIST library combined with the retention index(RI).The characteristic components produced during the recycling process of polycarbonate(PC)and polycarbonate/styrene-butadiene-acryloni⁃trile polymer blend(PC/ABS)were used as markers to identify whether PC and PC/ABS plastics contained recycled materi⁃als,thereby an accurate and rapid identification method was established to identify whether PC and PC/ABS plastics con⁃tained recycled materials.The method required no use of organic solvents and was environmentally friendly.This method was applied in the analysis of 225 samples provided by the subordinate customs of Shenzhen Customs.Virgin PC and PC/ABS samples were distinguished accurately from those samples containing recycled PC and PC/ABS.
