关于洒水喷头静态动作温度影响因素的探讨

Discussion on the influence factors of the static action temperature on the sprinkler head

摘要 以动作温度68℃的洒水喷头(T-ZSTX 15-68℃)进行静态动作温度试验,采用水、空气、导热油三种介质、两种升温方法分组进行洒水喷头静态动作温度试验,记录洒水喷头的静态动作温度。通过试验数据比对,分析加热介质和升温方法对洒水喷头静态动作温度试验结果的影响。经试验研究提出,不同的加热介质会对洒水喷头静态动作温度试验的结果产生影响。 The static action temperature test was carried out with the sprinkler head(T-ZSTX 15-68℃)with an action tem⁃perature of 68℃,and the sprinkler head static action temperature test was conducted by water,air,heat guide oil and two temperature rising methods.The influence of heating medium and heating method on static action temperature results is ana⁃lyzed by the test data.It is proposed that different heating media will affect the static action temperature test of the sprinkler nozzle.
