电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定银中硒、碲含量的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射法测定银中的硒、碲含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。通过对测量过程中测量重复性、标准曲线变动性、试液体积、试料质量、标准溶液浓度和移取体积等影响因素进行分析,结果表明,测量重复性和标准曲线变动性对总不确定度影响较大。因此,在测定中应适当增加样品和标准溶液重复测定次数,不断优化仪器参数,准确配制和移取标准溶液,合理设置标准曲线浓度点,以降低不利因素对测量结果的影响。 The contents of selenium and tellurium in silver were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission method,and the uncertainty of the determination results was evaluated.The influence factors such as measurement repeat⁃ability,standard curve variability,volume of test liquid,quality of test material,concentration and removed volume of stan⁃dard solution were analyzed.The results showed that the measurement repeatability and standard curve variability had great influence on the total uncertainty.Therefore,In order to reduce the influence of adverse factors on the measurement results,it is necessary to increase the repeated measurement times of samples and standard solution,continuously optimize the in⁃strument parameters,accurately prepare and remove the standard solution,and reasonably set the concentration point of the standard curve.
