大型商业综合体建筑消防监督审核的几点思考

商业综合体建筑的基本特征在于建筑覆盖规模较大、建筑室内空间分布复杂、车辆密集度高以及人员流动较为频繁。在目前状态下,大规模的商业综合体建筑建设不断扩大,大型商业综合体的功能趋于完善。但是,某些商业综合体的工程项目由于缺少消防监督审核,因此存在多种建筑安全消防隐患。消防监督审核部门应当重点关注大型商业综合体建筑的各个区域消防隐患查找工作,依靠严格的消防监督审核工作来消除建筑火灾隐患。

The Commercial Complex buildings are always large in scale, complex in structure, with dense population and vihecles. In the circumstance, large-scale commercial complex buildings are still growing with more functional zones. However, because of lack of fire supervision and pre-approved inspection, some large construction projects of commercial complex have many fire hazards. Therefore, fire departments should focus on fire hazards in every area, and eliminate building fire hazards by strict supervision system.
