摘要
随着我国知识产权事业快速发展,不少高校开设了新的知识产权本科专业,隶属于法学学科。在知识产权本科专业人才培养方案中,著作权法等课程是必修主干课程,培养目标总体上应定位于知识产权基础性、应用型人才的培养,其核心课程“著作权法”的教学目标确立为让学生掌握著作权法基础理论且具备较强的版权实践应用能力,还应满足当今文艺创作新潮流、科技发展新态势、版权保护新形势以及版权产业发展新趋势所带来的对精通新型版权事务的知识产权人才的强大需求,着力培养本科学生解决新型版权纠纷(特别是涉及网络著作权保护以及其他新型著作权侵权纠纷等)的知识和能力,确保复合型版权实务人才的高质量供给。
With the rapid development of intellectual property,a new undergraduate majoring in intel‐lectual property has gradually emerged in universities in China.According to the training programs for undergraduate professionals in intellectual property,courses such as copyright law are the main re‐quired courses should focus on training basic and practical talents.Correspondingly,the teaching goal of the copyright law as one of core courses should be positioned to train students majoring in intellectual property not only to master the basic copyright theory but also to have a certain degree of copyright prac‐tice and application capabilities,with particular emphasis on strengthening students’understanding of copyright matters.From the perspective of intellectual property talent training,practical application,and industrial development in the new era,the teaching of the copyright law course for undergraduate majors in intellectual property should closely follow the current new trend of literary creation,the new trend of technological development,the new situation of copyright protection,and the development of the copyright industry which have brought a strong demand for high-end intellectual property talents who are proficient in new types of copyright matters.The current paper focuses on cultivating the knowledge and ability of undergraduate students to resolve new types of copyright disputes,so that the supply of practical talents with high qualities could be ensured.
