U-G-S实践育人共同体保障体系及其构建

G-S Practical Education Community Guarantee System and Its Construction

实践管理的“三保障”与实践组织的“三主体”、实践过程的“三递进”、实践平台的“三融合”共同构成实践育人共同体“四三”模式。实践育人“三保障”是为了达到实践育人的目标,保障实践育人顺利开展所必需的各种要素构成的有机整体,它主要包括U-G-S实践育人共同体协同发力的组织保障、“双导师”人才培养及基地建设的资源保障、实践育人质量监控评价运行机制的质量保障。“三保障”的完善和运行是落实全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的重要举措。

The“three guarantees”of practice management,the“three subjects”of practice organiza‐tion,the“three progressive”of practice process,and the“three integrations”of practice platform joint‐ly constitute the“four three”mode of practice education community.The practice education with“Three guarantees”is to achieve the purpose of the practice education and to guarantee various ele‐ments used to constitute a organic whole,which mainly includes the power of organization guarantee of the U-G-S practice educational community cooperation,the talent cultivation mode with“double teacher”and the resources guarantee of base construction,and the quality guarantee of practice educa‐tion quality monitoring evaluation mechanism.Therefore,the development and operation of the“three guarantees”is an important measure for the implementation of whole-staff education,whole-process education and all-round education.
