延期开学期间地方本科院校线上教学实践分析--以凯里学院为例

Analysis and Reflection on Online Teaching Practice in Local Universities During the Postponement Period of School Semesters: A Case Study of Kaili University

摘要 为了解地方本科院校线上教学的现状与问题,文章运用问卷调查和实地访谈等方法以凯里学院为研究样本展开调研,发现地方院校教师信息化教学能力不足,渴望进行专门的培训;学生线上学习环境欠佳,自主学习能力不强;线上教学平台的统一完善问题最为突出;线上教学利弊共存,“线上+线下”混合教学模式较受欢迎;师生一致认为教学监督是线上教学必不可少的环节。为提高线上教学效果,应加强教师信息化教学能力的培养,强化学生线上学习能力培训,开发学校专用线上教学平台,加大力度开发线上课程资源以及开发线上教学监管软件等。 In order to investigate the status quo and problems of online teaching in local universities,this paper took Kaili University as the research sample to carry out a study by questionnaire and field interview.The results showed that 1)teachers in local universities had insufficient information teaching ability and were eager for special training;students’online learning environment was not good and their ability of autonomous learning was not strong;the unification and improvement of online teaching plat‐form seemed to be the most prominent problem;2)the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching coexisted;and 3)the mixed teaching mode of online and offline was more popular.In addition,both teachers and students agreed that teaching supervision was an indispensable part of online teaching.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of online teaching,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ability of information teaching and students’ability of online learning,develop and use the school special online teaching platform,enhance the construction of online course resources and devel‐op software related to online teaching supervision.
