主体间性视域下我国高校专业分流运行机制的优化与重构

Optimization and Reconstruction of Operation Mechanism of Specialty Diversion of Colleges and Universities of China from the Perspective of Intersubjectivity

为优化我国高校专业分流运行机制,推进大类招生人才培养改革,在阐述主体间性理论与高校专业分流的关联维度及其适切性的基础上,结合高校专业分流实践,针对高校专业分流运行机制中存在的学生专业选择的非理性现象突出、高校对专业分流的引导不力、大类招生专业人才培养方案有待完善、分流方案的科学性有待提高等困境,提出高校需要提高学生理性选择专业能力、合理发挥高校专业分流引导功能、以课程设置为抓手完善专业人才培养方案,强化专业内涵建设,达到优化专业分流运行机制的目的。

In order to optimize the operation mechanism of specialty diversion of colleges and universities of China and promote the reform of talent cultivation with enrollment by major categories,on the basis of the elaboration of the correlation dimension and appropriateness between intersubjectivity theory and specialty diversion,the practical difficulties of the operation mechanism of specialty diversion of colleges and universities are explored combined with the practice of specialty diversion of colleges and universities.It is found that the phenomenon of students’irrational selection of specialty is serous,and colleges and universities do not effectively guide specialty diversion.The professional talent cultivation scheme with enrollment by major categories needs to be perfected,and the scientificity of the diversion scheme needs to be improved,It is proposed that colleges and universities should improve students’ability to rationally choose specialty,reasonably give play to the guidance function of specialty diversion,perfect the professional talent cultivation scheme by focusing on curriculum setting,and strengthen the construction of professional connotation.In these ways,the operation mechanism of specialty diversion can be optimized.
