乡村振兴战略背景下农村职业教育的现实困境与发展路径--基于四川省Z县的调查 被引量:1

摘要 当前我国农村职业教育面临着农村人口过渡性转移、农村职业教育功能不明确、人口老龄化日趋严重等实际困境,这一现状影响了乡村振兴的推进效果与农村的可持续发展。基于四川省Z县的调查,提出农村职业教育要从立足乡土文化的基因,顺应新时代对农业农村的发展需求,着力培养新型农民,挖掘农村老龄人口红利等方面改进,以期实现农业农村的现代化推进和城乡教育的均衡发展。 At present,rural vocational education in China is faced with practical dilemma such as transitional transfer of rural population,unclear function of rural vocational education and increasingly serious population aging,which affects the promotion effect of rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural areas.On the basis of the investigation in Z County,Sichuan Province,it is proposed that rural vocational education should be improved from the aspects of being based on genes of local culture,complying with the demand for the development of agriculture and rural areas in the new era,attaching importance to cultivating new-type farmers,and excavating the benefits of rural aged population dividend,so as to realize the advancement of modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the balanced development of urban and rural education.
