体育专业本科毕业生就业质量影响因素分析——基于某大学体育学院本科毕业生的调查

Analysis of Influence Factors of Employment Quality of Physical Education Undergraduate Graduates:On the Basis of a Survey of Undergraduate Graduates of School of Physical Education of a University

探索体育专业本科毕业生就业质量的影响因素,对进一步提升体育专业毕业生的就业质量具有重要价值。该研究基于问卷调查,运用因子分析法对体育专业本科毕业生就业质量的影响因素进行筛选,并检验其信效度,最终确定体育专业本科毕业生就业质量影响因素主要有个人、学校、政府、企业四个维度,通过验证性因素分析证明各影响因素间均存在显著相关,且具有良好的信效度。最后根据确定的影响因素,归纳出四个提升体育专业本科毕业生就业质量的有效途径,为解决我国毕业生就业难题提供参考。

Exploring influence factors of the employment quality of physical education undergraduate graduates is of great value to further improving the employment quality of physical education graduates.Influence factors of the employment quality of physical education undergraduate graduates are screened through factor analysis based on questionnaire,and the reliability and validity are tested.Main influence factors of the employment quality of physical education undergraduate graduates lie in four dimensions including the individual,the school,the government,and enterprises.Through confirmatory factor analysis,it proves that these influence factors are significantly correlated with each other,and have reliability and validity.Finally,according to the determined influence factors,four effective ways to improve the employment quality of physical education undergraduate graduates are summarized,so as to provide reference for solving the problem in employment of Chinese graduates.
