摘要
以美国和德国为代表的发达国家普遍建立了完善的高校创业教育生态系统,在教育理念、主体分工、要素流动、教育模式、组织和管理体系等方面具有显著的比较优势。针对当前我国高校创业教育生态体系存在的问题,借鉴美国、德国的优势经验,提出高校创业教育生态系统的建设路径,即厘清生态系统构建主线、切实发挥多主体合力、畅通内外部资源互动渠道、模块化构建稳健教学链条、增强内在驱动提升系统质效。
Developed countries represented by the United States and Germany have generally established a complete ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,which has significant comparative advantages in terms of educational philosophy,division of labor of the subject,element flows,educational modes,organization and management systems.In response to the current problems of the entrepreneurial education ecosystem in our country’s colleges and universities,the path for constructing the entrepreneurial education ecosystem in colleges and universities is proposed by drawing lessons from the advantages of the United States and Germany,that is,clarifying the thread of the ecosystem construction,giving full play to joint forces of multi-subjects,keeping the interaction channel of internal and external resources,constructing steady teaching chains with modularization,and enhancing internal drive and improving system quality and efficiency.
