摘要
随着“智慧城市”轨道交通的建设发展,电子支付技术在票务系统中的应用不断成熟,乘客使用互联网支付方式的出行量日益增加。特别是在疫情防控特殊时期,电子支付方式大大减少了乘客与实体票卡的接触。由于许多老人及儿童无法使用互联网乘车,北京地铁、上海地铁在APP上推行了可供多人乘车使用的电子单程票、电子同行票等电子票种。分析互联网电子票种多样化业务,研究电子票种多样化对地铁运营服务的影响,为电子票种发展提供支持,促进电子支付在地铁票务系统中的推广。
With the construction of smart city rail transit,the application of electronic payment technology in subway ticketing system is becoming more and more mature,and the travel volume of passengers using Internet payment is also increasing.Especially in the special period of epidemic prevention and control,electronic payment greatly reduces the contact between passengers and physical ticket cards.In stations with large passenger flow,there are a large number of passengers who can not use the Internet with the elderly and children.In view of this situation,Beijing metro and Shanghai metro have implemented electronic tickets such as electronic one-way tickets and electronic peer tickets for multiple passengers on the app.Through the research and analysis of the diversified business of Internet electronic tickets,this paper can recognize the impact of the diversification of electronic tickets on subway operation services,provide some support for the development of subsequent electronic tickets,and better promote the promotion of electronic payment in subway ticketing system.
