多周期结算在郑州地铁票务中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Multi-cycle Settlement in Zhengzhou Metro Ticketing

随着移动支付技术的广泛应用,地铁现金收入逐渐减少。郑州地铁积极整合票务资源、优化现金票务运作,目前6条线路均已实行TVM(自动售票机)多周期结算并在行业内率先实现BOM(窗口制票机)多周期结算。分析郑州地铁票务多周期结算,结合实际应用深入评估多周期结算实施风险,提出有效管控措施。

With the wide application of mobile payment technology,the cash revenue of the subway is gradually decreasing.Zhengzhou metro actively integrates ticketing resources and optimizes the operation of cash ticketing.At present,six lines of the network have implemented TVM multi-cycle settlement and are the first in the industry to achieve BOM multi-cycle settlement.Up to now,three lines have implemented BOM multi-cycle settlement.This paper describes the exploration and research of Zhengzhou metro ticketing multi-cycle settlement,and combined with practical application,in-depth assessment of the risk of multi-cycle settlement implementation,and puts forward effective control measures.
