新时期,高职院校“工匠精神”培育融入专业文化建设具有多重价值意义,其不仅是职业技能人才培养目标的核心要求,也是人类精神文明传承的必要手段,更是经济社会发展的重要动力。高职院校应在就业文化中融入“匠德”,在制度文化中融入“匠规”,在教学文化中融入“匠艺”,在精神文化中融入“匠心”。

In the new era,the cultivation of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges and professional cultural construction has multiple values.It is not only the core requirement of the training goal of vocational skills,but also the necessary means for the inheritance of human spiritual civilization.What’s more,it is a driving force for the economic and social development.Higher vocational colleges,during the course of integrating craftsmanship into professional culture construction,should integrate the element of morals into the employment culture,regulations into the system culture,skills into the teaching culture,and ingenuity into the spiritual culture.
