新农科背景下的农林院校本科人才个性化培养改革

Personalized Training Reform of Undergraduate Talents in Agriculture and Forestry Colleges under the Background of New Agriculture

对当前农林院校本科人才培养模式存在的问题进行深入剖析,结合新农科建设要求、社会对农林类人才的新需求以及当今大学生的特点,提出改革措施。制订符合社会、行业和个人需求的人才培养方案,及时根据行业发展动态更新课程内容,充分利用信息技术手段改进教学方法,整合优化校内外资源配置,强化过程管理,促进学生的个性化发展,全面提升农林院校本科人才培养质量。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation mode of undergraduate talents in agriculture and forestry colleges,and puts forward some reform measures according to the requirements of new agriculture construction,the new demand of society for agricultural and forestry talents and the characteristics of college students.To conform to the society,industry and personal needs of the talent training scheme,dynamic update curriculum content in time according to the industry development,make full use of information technology to improve teaching methods,integrated optimization of resource allocation,face-to-face to strengthen the process management,promote students’ personalized development,promote agroforestry colleges undergraduate course personnel training quality in an all-round way.
