摘要
心血管疾病的发病原因非常复杂,它是环境因素和遗传因素等多种不良因素长期共同作用的结果,高脂血症作为心血管系统疾病的主要病因,与饮食方式密不可分。肠道微生物及其代谢产物与高脂血、动脉粥样硬化等心血管系统疾病危险因子密切相关,此外,肠道微生物也极易受到饮食文化与生活环境的影响。本文旨在揭示影响肠道微生态的因素,以及肠道菌群对高脂血症的作用机制及相关防御措施。
The etiology of cardiovascular disease is very complex,it is the result of the combined various adverse factors such as environmental factors and genetic factors.As the main cause of cardiovascular system diseases,hyperlipidemia is inseparable from dietary patterns.Gut microbes and their metabolites are closely related to cardiovascular disease risk factors such as hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis.In addition,the intestinal microbe is also highly susceptible to the influence of diet culture and surrounding environment.This review reveals the factors that affecting the intestinal microecology and the mechanisms of hyperlipidemia and related interventions.
