运动康复疗法对老年慢性心衰患者生活质量的系统评价

A systematic evaluation of quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure by exercise rehabilitation therapy

目的 系统评析运动康复疗法对老年慢性心衰患者生活质量的影响。方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、SinoMed、万方和维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library,收集有关运动康复疗法用于老年慢性心衰患者的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),由2名研究员独立筛查从建库到2020年10月公开发表的文献,提取所需信息后行交叉核对,有疑问时询问第三方,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入11项RCT,有1 201名研究对象参与试验,结果表明,运动疗法能改善老年慢性心衰患者的生活质量[MD=-11.06,95%CI(-14.49,-7.63),P<0.001]。结论 运动康复疗法能提高老年慢性心衰患者的生活质量,但由于纳入文献质量偏低、干预时间跨度较大等缺点,以上结论仍需更多高质量的临床研究进一步验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of exercise rehabilitation therapy on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Computer retrieval of CNKI,SinoMed,WANFANG and Chongqing Weipu Database,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,collecting relevant sports rehabilitation therapy on senile chronic heart failure patients randomized controlled trial(RCT),screening independently by two researchers from libraries,to be published in October 2020,to extract the information they need cross check after,when in doubt ask a third party,use Rev Man 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 RCT were included,and 1 201 subjects participated in the trial.The results showed that exercise therapy could improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure [MD=-11.06,95%CI(-14.49,-7.63),P<0.001].Conclusion This study shows that exercise rehabilitation therapy can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,but due to the shortcomings such as low quality of included literature and large intervention time span,the above conclusions still need to be further verified by more high-quality clinical studies.
