细胞分裂周期因子CDC25B在肿瘤中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 细胞分裂周期因子25B(cell division cyclin 25B,CDC25B)作为细胞周期调控蛋白家族成员之一,定位于细胞质,参与细胞周期的转换及有丝分裂过程。CDC25B在多种肿瘤中高表达,是一种新发现的癌基因,CDC25B能阻滞细胞周期,进而调控肿瘤的进展,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文就CDC25B与肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
