摘要
近零能耗建筑研究在碳中和的背景下变得日益重要,热泵技术是近零能耗建筑的关键技术之一。本文对夏热冬冷地区某低密度近零能耗住宅进行实测,对比分析了地源热泵和空气源热泵的关键运行参数及能耗指标。案例结果表明,在相同的室外环境下,空气源热泵系统日均耗电量为40.1 k Wh,而地源热泵耗电量为27.9 k Wh,地源热泵具有显著的节能效果。同时发现实际运行时存在“大流量小温差”,水系统能耗偏高,机组频繁启停等问题,系统性能存在优化空间。二者的对比研究可以为夏热冬冷地区近零能耗技术实践提供参考。
Research on near-zero energy buildings has become increasingly important in the context of carbon neutrality.Heat pump technology is one of the key technologies for near-zero energy buildings.In this paper,a low-density,near-zero-energy-consumption house in a hot summer and cold winter area is measured,and the key operating parameters and energy consumption indicators of ground-source heat pumps and air-source heat pumps are compared and analyzed.The case results show that in the same outdoor environment,the average daily power consumption of the air source heat pump system is 40.1 k Wh,while the ground source heat pump power consumption is 27.9 kWh,and the ground source heat pump has a significant energy saving effect.At the same time,it is found that there are problems such as"large flow and small temperature difference"during system operation,high energy consumption of water system,and frequent start and stop of units.There is room for optimization of heat pump system performance.The comparative study of the two can provide a reference for the practice of near-zero energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter areas.
