摘要 穿着相变冷却服是减少热应激的方法之一。本文通过真人着装实验,首先评价了不同相变温度的冷却效果,然后为了减轻重量改善湿感,采用两种温度组合的形式测试了其效果。结果表明,相变温度越低,人体舒适度越高。当温度小于等于21℃时汗蒸汽出现冷凝现象。采用16℃和26℃两种温度的搭配可以获得接近16℃的效果,能够在保证舒适度和冷却时间的情况下减轻衣服重量。在相变冷却服中胸部、背部、腰部适合放置相对较低的温度,其中在胸部布置效果更好,而腹部适合放置相对较高的温度。综合舒适度与出汗情况,在胸背放置16℃、腰腹放置26℃是最佳的选择。 Wearing phase change cooling vest is one of the ways to reduce heat stress.In this study,the cooling effects of different melting temperatures were evaluated by human trials,and then in order to reduce the weight and wetness,the cooling performance were tested by using two melting temperatures in one cooling vest.The results show that thermal comfort increases with the decrease of phase change temperature.When the temperature is less than or equal to 21℃,the sweat vapor condenses.The combination of 16℃and 26℃can achieve an effect close to 16℃,which can reduce the weight of clothes while ensuring comfort and cooling time.In the phase change cooling vest,the chest,upper back and lower back are suitable for placing relatively low temperature,in which the chest layout is better,while the abdomen is suitable for placing higher temperature.According to the comfort and sweat production,placing 16℃on the chest and upper back,while 26℃on the waist and abdomen is the best choice.
