摘要
住宅楼梯间是否供暖涉及到楼梯及走道的管道防冻问题。本研究基于建筑热工设计理论,对住宅的楼梯间进行传热过程分析。结合呼和浩特地区某住宅实际情况,分析楼梯间热环境,发现通过户间传热可以使楼梯间维持在5℃以上。并采用单一变量控制法研究楼梯间长度、楼层数、窗户尺寸分别对楼梯间热环境的影响,探讨住宅楼梯间管道防冻的问题,为住宅非供暖楼梯间管道防冻的建筑设计提供参考。
Whether the residential staircases are heated or not is related to the frost protection of the pipelines of staircases and its aisles. This research based on the theory of building thermal design, analyzes the heat transfer process of the staircases. Combined with the actual situation of a residential building in Hohhot, the thermal environment of the staircases is analyzed, and it is found that the staircases can be maintained above 5 ℃ by heat transfer between the non-heating staircases with heating room. The single variable control method is used to study the influence of the length,the number of floors and the window size of the staircases on its thermal environment, and to explore the antifreeze problem of the pipeline in the residential staircase, so as to provide reference for the frost protection of the pipelines in the non-heating staircase of the residence.
