上海某燃气管隧道焊接施工临时通风方案研究

摘要 在隧道等狭长的密闭空间内进行焊接时,排除焊接污染物和施工人员的健康保护是焊接作业通风的关键难题。本文以上海某燃气管隧道为例,根据焊接污染物确定通风量,随后用计算流体力学(CFD)中的Realizable k-ε紊流模型对方案中的局部排风罩进行了建模分析。并结合现有的隧道通风方式,提出两种适合该隧道的通风方案,最后对两种方案进行经济性对比,确定了最适合该隧道焊接时的通风方式。 When welding is carried out in narrow,long and confined spaces,such as tunnels,the requirement of construction environment and the workers’health have become key problems.This paper takes a gas tunnel in shanghai as an example.Based on the amount of welding pollutants,the volume of ventilation is calculated,and the Realizable k-εturbulence model was used in the computational fluid dynamic(CFD)analysis to simulate the local exhaust hood in the tunnel.What’s more,combined with the existing tunnel ventilation methods,two ventilation schemes for this tunnel are proposed.Finally,through economic comparison,the most suitable ventilation method for this tunnel is determined.
