梗签分离腔体内气固两相流数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了减少卷烟机组在生产烟支过程中烟丝的浪费,运用悬浮分离和惯性分离原理设计一种特殊的悬浮分离腔体结构。利用CFD数值模拟,采用标准k-ε湍流模型模拟腔体内气流速度及轨迹,拉格朗日离散模型(DPM)模拟颗粒相运动轨迹,得到悬浮腔体内部气流流动轨迹、颗粒相运动轨迹,并在进风口处设定不同的气流速度,进行仿真模拟,得到烟丝和烟梗的捕捉率。 In order to reduce the waste of tobacco in the process of cigarette production,a special suspension separation cavity structure was designed by using the principles of suspension separation and inertia separation.Using CFD numerical simulation,using the standard k-air velocity in the body cavity of epsilon turbulence model to simulate and trajectory,Lagrange discrete model(DPM)to simulate the particle trajectory,get suspended cavity internal air flow path,particle trajectory,and in different air velocity into the inlet,carries on the simulation,tobacco and peduncle capture rate.
