摘要 兰州高新区果蔬废弃物资源化利用BOT项目设计处理能力为果蔬垃圾2000 t/d,其采用预处理+厌氧消化+沼气利用的主流工艺路线。果蔬垃圾通过预处理后分为杂质和有机浆液,杂质外送至焚烧厂焚烧处理,有机浆液则进行厌氧消化处理。厌氧消化产生的沼气在厂内净化后,部分用作锅炉燃料,部分发电自用。本项目工程总投资为2.95亿元,约合14.75万元/t。项目已达产,运行效果良好。 The designed processing capacity of the fruit and vegetable waste resource utilization BOT project in Lanzhou High-tech Zone is 2000 t/d of fruit and vegetable waste,which adopts the mainstream process route of pretreatment+anaerobic digestion+biogas utilization.Fruit and vegetable waste is divided into impurities and organic slurry after pretreatment,the impurities are sent to the incineration plant for incineration treatment,and the organic slurry is subjected to anaerobic digestion treatment.After the biogas produced by anaerobic digestion is purified in the plant,part of it is used as boiler fuel,and part of it is used for power generation.The total investment of this project is 295 million yuan,or about 147500 yuan/t.The project has reached production and the operation effect is good.
