The Development Status of “Passivhaus”and Policy Suggestions

“被动式建筑”理念自提出以来,已推广到世界多个国家。本文梳理研究了“被动式建筑”的国际发展现状,相关标准和认证情况,从早期探索阶段、技术导则阶段、成熟标准体系阶段三个方面研究了其在我国的发展现状,并提出了加强顶层设计、完善科研标准、开展试点示范、强化国际合作四个方面的建议。

The concept of “passive building”has spread to many countries around the world since it was been proposed.This paper studies the current situation of international development of “Passivhaus”, related standards and certifications, and studies its development in China from three aspects: early exploration stage, technical guidelines stage and mature standard system stage, and puts forward four suggestions: strengthening top-level design, improving scientific research standards, carrying out pilot demonstration and strengthening international cooperation.
