摘要 本文介绍了钙基固定床脱硫技术在宝钢股份梅山钢铁2#高炉热风炉烟气脱硫超低排放升级改造项目上的应用。该技术通过高活性氢氧化钙脱硫剂吸附烟气中的SO;等酸性气体,脱硫过程无粉尘、废水产生,脱硫后烟气中的SO;浓度小于50mg/Nm;,脱硫设计效率大于76.7%,脱硫后无除尘设备,烟气粉尘不高于10mg/Nm;,副产物可用于建材等。 This paper introduces the application of calcium based fixed bed desulfurization technology in Baosteel Meishan Iron and steel 2# blast furnace hot blast stove flue gas desulfurization ultra-low emission upgrading project. This technology adsorbs SO;and other acid gases in flue gas through highly active calcium hydroxide desulfurizer. There is no dust and wastewater in the desulfurization process. The SO;concentration in flue gas after desulfurization is less than 50mg/Nm;, and the desulfurization design efficiency is greater than 76.7%. There is no dust removal equipment after desulfurization, and the flue gas dust is not higher than 10 mg/Nm;. The by-products can be used for building materials, etc.
