摘要
本文概述了VOCs的主要危害及其国家排放标准,分析了硝化棉生产装置产生的VOCs废气种类及物性特征,提出了溶剂储罐、精馏塔、硝化棉驱水及驱水后物料的输送、加工、包装等产生的VOCs废气的收集方法;比较分析主要VOC废气治理技术对硝化棉生产装置VOCs废气治理的的适宜性,采用水吸收治理硝化棉生产装置的VOCs废气,实现了硝化棉生产装置的VOCs废气的达标排放,污染物去除率达到98%以上。
The main hazards of VOCs and their national emission standards are summarized,the types and physical characteristics of VOCs exhaust gas produced by nitrocellulose production equipment are analyzed,and the collection method of VOCs waste gas generated by solvent storage tanks,rectification towers,nitrocellulose dehydration and the transportation,processing,and packaging of materials after dehydration is proposed.compare and analyze the suitability of the main VOC waste gas treatment technologies for the treatment of VOCs waste gas from nitrocellulose production equipment,Adopting water absorption to treat VOC waste gas of nitrocellulose production equipment,achieved the up-to-standard emission of VOCs from nitrocellulose production equipment,the pollutant removal rate reaches more than 98%.
