高水充填材料在综采工作面沿空留巷中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对沿空留巷传统的膏体混泥土充填材料施工工艺工序复杂、充填体支护效果差等问题,提出高水材料巷旁充填支护技术,通过对巷旁充填体作用机理进行分析并计算充填支护参数,确定了高水材料水灰比及充填体体积和支护强度。现场应用效果表明,采用高水材料进行充填支护后,留巷巷道在距工作面20~100 m,巷道围岩产生明显变形,其中实煤体侧顶底板移近量最大达到590 mm,充填体侧巷道最大顶底板移近量为800 mm,两帮移近量最大值为560 mm;充填体承载的载荷最大值为10.5 MPa,巷道围岩变形量在控制范围内,充填体强度满足最大载荷支撑要求。 In view of the problems of complex construction process and poor support effect of the traditional paste concrete filling material in gob-side entry retaining,the technology of high water material support was proposed.Through the analysis of the action mechanism of the roadway side filling body and the calculation of the filling support parameters,the water cement ratio of the high water material,the volume of the filling body and the support strength were determined.The field application results showed that after filling and supporting with high water material,the surrounding rock of the reserved roadway was obviously deformed within 20~100m from the working face.The maximum displacement of the roof and floor on the side of the solid coal body was 590mm,the maximum displacement of the roof and floor on the side of the filling body was 800mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 560mm;The maximum load carried by the filling body was 10.5 MPa,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was within the control range,and the strength of the filling body met the maximum load support requirements.
