摘要
为研究磁窑沟煤矿13号特厚煤层综放工作面顶煤冒放效果,依据现场测定的煤层埋深及煤体硬度等参数,从强度、埋深、夹矸、岩性和采放比5个方面对顶煤冒放性进行分析。采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析了顶煤破坏过程及应力分布情况,在工作面回采50 m以内,需要人工对顶煤进行弱化处理。当工作面推进70 m后,顶煤应力集中现象开始逐渐明显,顶煤冒落效果逐步改善,冒放效果较好。
In order to study the top coal caving effect of No.13 extra thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face in Ciyaogou Coal Mine,according to the parameters of coal seam buried depth and coal hardness measured on site,the top coal caving property was analyzed from five aspects of strength,buried depth,gangue,lithology and mining/caving ratio.FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to analyze the failure process and stress distribution of top coal.Within 50 m of working face mining,it is necessary to weaken the top coal manually.When the working face advances 70 m,the stress concentration of top coal begins to be obvious,and the caving effect of top coal is gradually improved,with good caving effect.
