掘锚一体机切眼大断面一次成巷掘进技术应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对采煤工作面切眼大断面掘进采取掘巷+扩二排巷成巷工艺存在的工期长、员工劳动强度高及扩二排巷期间造成的材料浪费等问题,在沙坪煤业13102切眼通过掘锚一体机进行切眼大断面一次成巷施工。工程实践表明,一次成巷制定的分区掘巷及人、机错位平行作业等施工方案,有效提高了施工效率,较以往二次扩巷工期缩短12 d,节约人工投入540个,并避免人工扩二排巷期间的高强度作业及扩二排巷造成的材料浪费,在矿井接替、经济效益及安全作业方面均取得较好成果。 In view of the long duration,the high labor intensity and material waste by way of excavating and enlarging in large section open-off cut,the intellectualized driving and anchor machine was used in the simultaneous drifting of No.13102 Face.Engineering practice showed that the construction plan of subarea roadway excavation and dislocation parallel operation improved construction efficiency.The period was shortened by 12 days,the manual investment was saved by 540.This technology avoided the high intensity operation and the material waste in the second lane excavation,achieving good results in mine replacement,economic benefits and safety operation.
