摘要
为进一步提升刮板输送机的运输效率,保证实际运行过程中的安全性,以沙坪洗煤厂刮板输送机为例,在对刮板输送机结构划分的基础上,对不同结构位置的故障类型和导致故障的原因进行分析,为解决刮板输送机减速器由于超载等导致的故障,提出安装胀紧连接套的改进措施,对改进效果进行综合评判验证。
In order to further improve the transport efficiency of the scraper conveyor and ensure the safety in the actual operation process,taking the scraper conveyor of Shaping Coal Washing Plant as an example,based on the structural division of the scraper conveyor,the fault types of different structural positions and the causes of the fault are analyzed.In order to solve the fault caused by overload of the scraper conveyor reducer,the improvement measures of installing the expansion and tightening connection sleeve are put forward,and the improvement effect is comprehensively evaluated and verified.
