摘要
针对沙坪洗煤厂离心机处理能力低、脱水效果差以及磨损严重的问题,在分析其结构、影响因素的基础上,对离心机筛篮、螺旋刮刀等关键结构进行改进设计,增加离心机的处理能力,减小磨损量,提升脱水效果。
Aiming at the problems of low processing capacity,poor dehydration effect and serious wear of centrifuge in Shaping Coal Washing Plant,based on the analysis of its structure and influencing factors,the key structures such as screen basket and spiral scraper of centrifuge are improved to increase the processing capacity of centrifuge,reduce wear and improve dehydration effect.
