大采高采空区遗煤自燃氧化规律及防灭火技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 大采高易自燃煤层采空区自燃问题严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产,每年给煤矿行业带来巨大的损失。为了研究针对性的防治措施,依据磁窑沟煤业10-2号煤层开采现状,采用Fluent软件对回采工作面采空区“三带”分布规律进行了数值模拟,分析了采空区遗煤自燃的机理和规律,研究了适用于磁窑沟煤业自燃防火技术措施,有效地保障了矿井安全生产,对其它矿井采空区防灭火具有重要借鉴意义。 The problem of spontaneous combustion in goaf of high mining height coal seam is a serious threat to the safe production of coal mine,which brings huge losses to the coal industry every year.In order to study the targeted prevention and control measures,according to the mining status of No.10-2 coal seam in Ciyaogou Coal Industry,the Fluent software was used to simulate the distribution law of the’three zones’in the goaf of the mining face,and the mechanism and law of the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in the goaf were analyzed.The technical measures suitable for the spontaneous combustion and fire prevention of the Ciyaogou Coal Industry were studied,which effectively ensured the safe production of the mine and had important reference significance for the fire prevention and extinguishing of the goaf of other mines.
