Influence of different parameters on separation effect of magnetic separator in coal preparation plant

影响选煤厂磁选机分选效果的因素众多,为提升磁选机的分选效果,对部分影响磁选机分选效果的参数进行分析,在分析磁选机结构及分选原理的基础上,针对不同矿物含量(石英石、高岭石、蒙脱石)对磁选机分选效果影响机理进行研究,最终得出影响磁选机分选效果最大的矿物,为后续保证或者提升选煤厂磁选机分选效果奠定基础。

There are many factors affecting the separation effect of magnetic separators in coal preparation plants.In order to improve the separation effect of magnetic separators,some parameters affecting the separation effect of magnetic separators are studied.Based on the analysis of the structure and separation principle of magnetic separators,the influence mechanism of different mineral contents(quartz,kaolinite,montmorillonite)on the separation effect of magnetic separators is studied.Finally,the minerals that have the greatest influence on the separation effect of magnetic separators are obtained,which lays the foundation for the subsequent guarantee or improvement of the separation effect of magnetic separators in coal preparation plants.
