摘要
分析了飞机液压接头的产品特征及目前加工难点,介绍了滚压光整加工原理、滚光刀选择、对刀和加工过程及实际应用推广情况,通过研磨、数控车削、滚压光整和DLC涂层加工试验,确定了飞机液压接头精密面的高效、高质量加工方法。
The product characteristics and current processing problems of aircraft hydraulic pipe joints are analyzed.The principle of rolling finishing,the choice of rolling knife,the process of setting knife,the process of processing,the practical application and popularization are described.Through the grinding,CNC turning,rolling finishing and DLC coating processing and testing,the high efficiency and high quality machining method of precision surface of aircraft hydraulic pipe joint are determined.
