数字技术创业企业的网络联结、TMT团队特征与企业成长:基于fsQCA分析 被引量:3

摘要 数字技术的快速发展诱发了创业活动的爆发,数字技术创业企业正快速成为培养发展新动能和推动国家创新发展的主力军。以93家新三板挂牌的数字技术创业企业为样本,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)来探讨企业网络联结、TMT团队特征与企业成长的关系。研究发现:①四种组态路径导致了数字技术创业企业的高财务绩效,其中政治联结、教育背景异质性、行业经验深度等要素是重要条件;②三种组态路径导致了数字技术创业企业的高商业模式创新,其中商业联结、教育背景异质性是重要条件;研究结果对数字技术创业实践及理论研究均有深刻的借鉴意义。 The rapid development of digital technology has triggered the outbreak of entrepreneurial activities.Digital technology start-ups are rapidly becoming the main force to cultivate new driving forces for development and promote national innovation and development.Taking 93 digital technology start-ups listed on the new third board as samples,the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)was used to explore the relationship between enterprise network ties,TMT team characteristics and enterprise growth.It is found that,firstly,four configuration paths lead to the high-level financial performance of digital technology start-ups,in which political ties,heterogeneity of education level and industry experience are important conditions.Secondly,three configuration paths lead to high-level business model innovation of digital technology start-ups,in which business ties and heterogeneity of education level are important conditions.The research results have profound reference value for the practice and theoretical research of digital technology entrepreneurship.
