摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者应用度洛西汀治疗对血清神经递质、神经功能相关因子的影响。方法选取2020年1月~2021年3月收治的96例抑郁症患者并随机分成观察组与对照组各48例,对照组应用舍曲林治疗,观察组应用度洛西汀治疗,比较两组治疗8周的疗效,治疗前后血清神经递质[去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)]与神经功能相关因子[神经营养因子(BDNF)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、人神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05),治疗前两组NE、5-HT、DA等神经递质水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组神经递质水平均显著改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的神经递质水平比对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。治疗前两组BDNF、MBP、NSE等神经功能相关因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组神经功能相关因子水平均显著改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的神经功能相关因子水平比对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论应用度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的效果满意,有效改善血清神经递质、神经功能相关因子水平,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of duloxetine on serum neurotransmitters and related factors of neurological function in patients with depression.Methods 96 patients with depression admitted to hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group were treated with sertraline,and the observation group were treated with duloxetine.And then,the therapeutic effects after 8 weeks of treatment as well as the levels of serum neurotransmitters(norepinephrine[NE],serotonin[5-HT],and dopamine[DA])and related factors of neurological function(brain-derived neurotrophic factor[BDNF],myelin basic protein[MBP]and human neuron specific enolase[NSE])before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of NE,5-HT,DA and other neurotransmitters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of neurotransmitters in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of BDNF,MBP,NSE and other related factors of neurological function between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the related factors of neurological function in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the those in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Duloxetine has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of depression.It can effectively improve the levels of serum neurotransmitters and related factors of neurological function,which is worthy of popularization.
