福建省学前教育职教集团建设路径探析

分析当前学前教育产业和职业教育融合发展的现实基础,提出构建学前教育职教集团大型综合服务第三方的发展定位。通过构建职业教育教研中心,建立职前职后一体化的人才培养机制;创设产业发展综合服务平台,提供产教融合发展一站式综合解决方案,探索福建省学前教育职教集团建设的实施路径。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of industrial and vocational education for preschool education,and puts forward the development orientation of building a large-scale comprehensive service for the third party of vocational education group for preschool education.It proposes to establish pre-and-post-vocational integrated personnel training mechanism through the construction of vocational education teaching and research center,establish a comprehensive service platform for industrial development,provide one-step comprehensive solutions for the integrated development of industry and education,and explores the implementation path for the construction of vocational education group for preschool education in Fujian Province.
