在“互联网+”背景下,现代信息技术的快速发展不仅推动了高校行政管理模式的转变,还提升了高校的管理水平和工作效率。但是,当前高校行政管理信息化建设还存在管理体制欠缺、行政人员信息化水平不高、网络信息化建设系统存在漏洞、信息技术创新开发应用滞后等问题。为此,高校要合理规划行政管理信息化建设各项工作,提升信息化建设高效、智慧、融合、创新水平,推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化。

Under the background of“Internet plus”,the rapid development of modern information technology has not only promoted the transformation of university administration mode,but also improved the management level and work efficiency.However,there are still some problems in the informatization construction of administrative management,such as the lack of management system,the low informatization level of administrative personnel,the loopholes in the construction of network informatization system,and the lag in the innovation,development and application of information technology.Therefore,universities should reasonably plan the information construction work of administration and improve the efficiency,wisdom,integration and innovation level of the informatization construction,and promote the modernization of education governance system and governance ability.
