中国特色社会主义政治经济学与中外经济研究——2021年新马克思经济学综合学派观点述评

Studies on Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese characteristics and Chinese and Foreign economy:Review on the viewpoints of the New Marxian Economics Synthesis School in 2021

2021年以程恩富教授为代表的新马克思经济学综合学派在学术研究中继往开来,针对世界政治经济形势的新变化,以马克思主义政治经济学为基础,对如何守正创新中国特色社会主义政治经济学作出了积极深入的探索,提出了一系列理论创见,包括中国特色社会主义政治经济学的十大要义、创新源泉与逻辑起点、实践路径等,并以此为基础探讨了当前我国经济当中的热点和焦点问题,包括“共同富裕”、“双循环”新发展格局、人工智能与数字经济、国家治理现代化等。此外,新马派学者对于新冠肺炎疫情发生以来当代资本主义经济的金融化与自由主义、霸权主义的新发展等也进行了深入的批判,取得了丰硕的理论成果。

In 2021, in view of the new changes in the world political and economic situation and based on Marxist political economy,the New Marxian economics systhesis school, led by Professor Cheng Enfu, has carried forward the tradition and forged ahead into the future making active and in-depth explorations on how to uphold integrity and innovate socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics and putting forward a series of theoretical innovations which include such as the ten essentials of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the innovation sources and logical starting point, practicing path, etc. Based on these theoretical innovations, many scholars with the school discuss many hot and focal issues in current Chinese economy, including common prosperity, new development pattern of "double circulation", artificial intelligence and digital economy, modernization of national governance, etc. In addition, they conduct in-depth criticism on the financialization of contemporary capitalist economy and the new development of liberalism and hegemonism since the pandemic of COVID-19 broke up, and have achieved fruitful theoretical achievements.
