试论道德教育的文化底蕴

摘要 道德教育是一种育人成人的教育活动,帮助个体树立道德理念和塑造道德品质,使其发展成为具有向善向美魅力人格的人。这一教育效果的背后,是更深层次的道德教育文化品性散发的光芒。道德教育使人从自然人向文化人转化,其蕴含的文化品性本身就揭示了道德教育是一种文化性的存在。因此,在道德教育目的、主体、内容这些教育要素中无不体现着文化因子。在全球多元文化的背景下,道德教育面临着诸多社会性难题,道德虚无、道德茫然和道德失范等现象接踵而至。因此,道德教育需要在更加复杂的文化和社会环境中坚持文化立场,以文化人,在文化自信和文化自觉中承担起自身的社会功能。 Moral education, as an educational activity to educate adults, helps individuals establish moral concepts and shape moral qualities, and develops into a person with charming personality of being good and beautiful. Behind this educational effect, the deeper level is the light of moral education and cultural character. Moral education makes people transform from natural person to cultural person, and its cultural character reveals that moral education is a kind of cultural existence. Therefore, this cultural factor is reflected in the educational elements of moral education, such as purpose, subject and content.Under the background of global multiculturalism, moral education faces many social problems, such as moral nothingness, moral loss and moral anomie. Therefore, moral education needs to adhere to the cultural stance in a more complex cultural and social environment, and take on its own social functions in cultural self-confidence and self-consciousness.
