合并低蛋白血症重症患者的抗菌药物给药方案调整研究进展

Progress on dosage regimen adjustment of antibiotic in severe patients with hypoalbuminemia

本文通过分析重症患者低蛋白血症发生的原因,探讨了低蛋白血症对抗菌药物药动学(PK)/药效学(PD)的影响,对抗菌药物在该类患者中的给药方案调整的研究进行综述,为抗菌药物在合并低蛋白血症重症患者中的合理、有效使用提供建议和参考,从而实现提高抗菌药物临床疗效和降低不良反应发生率的目标。

By analyzing the causes of hypoalbuminemia in critically ill patients,this article discussed the influence of hypoalbuminemia on pharmacokinetics(PK)/pharmacodynamics(PD)of antibacterial drugs and reviewed the research on the dosage regimen adjustment of antibiotics in such patients,to provide suggestions and references for the rational and effective application of antibiotics in critical patients with hypoproteinemia,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of antibiotics and reduce the incidence of their adverse reactions.
