摘要
目的:优化金骨莲胶囊的提取工艺。方法:设计正交实验,采用UPLC-MS测定提取液中富马酸、鹅掌楸苷、滇白珠苷A的含量,以各成分的转移率和流浸膏得率为评价指标,优选出金骨莲胶囊中透骨香、汉桃叶、大血藤和八角枫这4味药材的提取工艺;采用比色法测定金铁锁总皂苷的含量,以总皂苷转移率和总固体得率为指标,优选金铁锁的提取工艺。结果:透骨香等4味药材的优选提取工艺为加4倍水提取3次、每次2 h;金铁锁的优选提取工艺为加5倍水提取1次、每次2 h。结论:此方法简单可行、重复性好、提取效率高,可用于金骨莲胶囊的提取工艺。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Jingulian Capsules.Methods:Orthogonal experiment was designed.UPLC-MS was used to determine the contents of fumaric acid,liriodendrin and gaultheroside A in the extract.The transfer rate and flow rate of each component were determined.Taking the extraction rate of the extract as the evaluation index,the extraction process of four medicinal materials,such as Touguxiang,in Jingulian Capsules was optimized.The total saponins and total solid yield of Jintiesuo are determined by colorimetric method,with which the extraction process of Jintiesuo is optimized.Results:The optimal extraction process of four medicinal materials,such as Touguxiang,was to extract with 4 volumes of water for 3 times,2 h for each time;the optimal extraction process for Jintiesuo was to extract with 5 volumes of water once for 2 h.Conclusion:This method is simple,feasible and reproducible,with high extraction efficiency,which can be used in the extraction of Jingulian Capsules.
