摘要
中国社会有着悠久的工艺传统,形成了独特的工匠精神。古代工匠精神围绕“道”“技艺”“器物”三个层面展开,即以价值理念、审美理想、道德修养为核心的对“道”的追求,以刻苦钻研、积极创新为核心的“技艺”追求和以精雕细琢、精益求精为核心的“器物”追求,这三个层面互为表里、相互统一,展现了我国古代工匠精神的要素谱系和价值追求。在努力实现中华民族伟大复兴的今天,充分挖掘和发挥我国工匠精神的当代价值,有利于中华工匠精神的传承与发展。
The craftsman’s spirit is the spirit of pursuing excellence in work.Chinese society has a long tradition of craftsmanship,which has resulted in a impressive craftsman spirit.The spirit of ancient craftsmen is rich in connotation,but its core is to pursue the life ideal of Tao,skills and artifacts.The spirit of craftsmen is still of great value in contemporary society.The interpretation of the spirit of craftsmen in ancient China can provide a useful reference for the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmen in contemporary China.
