基于生态安全理念的社区规划方法探索——以陈家镇国际生态实验社区为例

Exploration of Community Planning Method Based on the Concept of Ecological Security——A Case in Chenjia International Ecological Experimental Community

生态社区的规划建设对于生态城市建设具有重要意义.基于生态安全概念的解析,提出制约社区生态化的关键因素,并构建生态安全理念下的社区规划系统.以上海崇明陈家镇生态社区规划为例,探讨紧凑社区、绿色出行、环境友好和低碳环保四大规划管控要素的具体实现路径,以期为未来生态社区的规划建设及国家“3060”碳目标的实现提供参考.

The planning and construction of ecological community is great significance for the construction of ecological city.Based on the analysis of the concept of ecological security,this paper firstly puts forward the key factors of restricting the ecology of community,and constructs the community planning system under the concept of ecological security.And then taking the ecological community planning of Chenjia Town,Chongming,Shanghai as an example,this paper discusses the specific implementation paths of the four planning control elements,including compact community,green travel,environment-friendly and low-carbon environmental protection,to provide methods and path references for construction of ecological community and the realization of the national“3060”carbon goal in the future.
